Some
readers may recognize Jeff Schwartz's name--he won our Real Street Eliminator
last fall with his mondo Cadillac. Jeff showed
up at the Nats with his latest project, an Ultima GTR. The car is a British
design that the end user finishes with the drivetrain of his choice. Jeff
opted for a Corvette Z06 LS6 engine coupled to a turbo Porsche transaxle.
The car drew a crowd the whole time it was parked, and Jeff took home
the Best Engineered award. |
