This is the second 1000+ HP black 1967 Chevelle that we've been involved with.

Here's the before shot. Looks like a decently restored car at this point. You will soon see the Frankenstein repairs we uncovered after blasting.

Here's the assembled chassis, 509 Big Block Chevy with Turbonetics T76

What we found after media blasting

Clearance to radiator is tight and the supplied fans will not work

Poor hood to fender fit. This will be corrected

A/C compressor mocked up

RideTech AirPod tank installed

RideTech air ride controller in place

This project will utilize a TEC3r engine management system. We chose to tuck the ECU under the dash to keep a clean look.

One of the 2 PWR liquid intercoolers that will be installed to keep the charge cooled down. 6 inch diameter x 10 inch long core with a 18 inch overall length.

The liquid intercooler system on this car will utilize a reservior with just under a 2 gallon capacity.

Passenger side turbocharger. The hole in front of the turbo is for the air filter.

Passenger side intercooler mocked-up. It's gonna be a tight fit in this engine bay!

Shot of the gorgeous aluminum brackets we're using to hold the intercoolers in place.

Drivers side intercooler and turbo in place. It's going be tight on this side too!

Drivers side air filter in place to show how the front will look

We can't use the normal end piece for the intake manifold from Nelson Racing, so we are making a new piece to adapt to what we have.

Our adaptor piece being machined in-house

Matt running the body wiring. It looks like a mess now, but it will end up nice, clean and hidden

This may look like a mess, but notice that everything is seperated. Each group goes to a different area of the car or is for the same thing, like the turn signal switch.
