1972 Chevy C-10 Pickup

We sold our ’49 shop truck a few years back, so we’re building another pickup. It’s being built as more of a cruiser than a racer, but you know we’re going to take it to autocross events and track days to show that our C10 chassis can handle like a sports car.

Frame & Suspension

  • Schwartz Performance G-Machine chassis system
  • Power steering rack
  • Ridetech single-adjustable coilovers
  • Racing style splined sway bars
  • Baer 14″ brakes, 6 piston front and rear

Engine

  • 540 Big Block Chevy, 600hp
  • Aluminum heads
  • Enderle 8-stack intake manifold, with custom retro-fitted EFI
  • Vintage Air Front Runner billet serpentine drive system
  • Holley Dominator EFI system
  • Custom stainless steel headers
  • Custom 3” stainless steel exhaust

Drivetrain

  • GM 4L80E transmission, performance rebuilt
  • Custom steel driveshaft
  • Moser 9”, 31 spline axles
  • Baer Tracker full-floater hubs
  • 9” third member with TrueTrac differential

Wheels and Tires

  • Forgeline 18x11 and 18x12 wheels, TBD
  • BFG Rival S tires, 315/30/18 front, 335/30/18 rear

Paint & Body

  • Shaved drip rail
  • Minitubbed bed sides
  • Custom firewall
  • Bedliner applied to bottom of cab and bed
